I ordered maybe 10 packs of buttons from this seller, so I'll just summarize in one review that this was a FABULOUS experience! Everything was shipped very quickly and arrived to me in great condition. The buttons were definitely cleaned and inspected beforehand with meticulous detail, as they look like new to me! I also really appreciated the care taken in packaging these items safely and securely. Each pack of buttons came in a zipper plastic baggie with a tissue-like paper inside to give extra protection. One button was placed outside of the tissue (but in the bag) to show what was inside. Everything was beautifully and clearly labeled as well. I am so impressed and will definitely be ordering from this seller again whenever I need to change up the buttons to spice up some of my boring clothes!

Shipping snafu - post office lost the package BUT the seller was on top of it and messaged me, saving the last items like the ones I ordered and shipped them to me ASAP. She did all she could and handled it perfectly.
