5 out of 5 starsI ordered maybe 10 packs of buttons from this seller, so I'll just summarize in one review that this was a FABULOUS experience! Everything was shipped very quickly and arrived to me in great condition. The buttons were definitely cleaned and inspected beforehand with meticulous detail, as they look like new to me! I also really appreciated the care taken in packaging these items safely and securely. Each pack of buttons came in a zipper plastic baggie with a tissue-like paper inside to give extra protection. One button was placed outside of the tissue (but in the bag) to show what was inside. Everything was beautifully and clearly labeled as well. I am so impressed and will definitely be ordering from this seller again whenever I need to change up the buttons to spice up some of my boring clothes!

Every item in our store is photographed as is, we will never send a substitution. We describe the color(s) of items as viewed in natural daylight, and do our best to give an accurate item, size and color description. Button measurements are taken at their widest points.
We take great care when photographing an item, but please note that colors on computer monitors and other devices and screens vary, and the actual item's color and the image color that you see may differ.
Reserving a Listing
We are happy to reserve an item for you, and will convo you when the reserved listing has been prepared. Unless otherwise arranged, a Reserved Listing will expire in 24 hours, after which the listing will revert back to a regular listing.

Refund Policy: Item Not Received
Tracking will show that the package has departed the Cape Girardeau, MO Post Office. Should tracking then indicate that the package is delayed, or scanning is incomplete AND the package is proven by USPS Internal Scanning to be officially lost, a full refund will be issued 30 days after the shipping date.
Policy is void for packages delivered and then stolen. Policy is void for packages that are undeliverable as addressed and returned to us. Should the item be returned to us unopened due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will relist the item and issue a refund LESS shipping cost. If the customer repurchases the item, we will reship to a corrected address only.
